These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Fundwealth ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the fundwealth.in website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

We are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-314036). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Fundwealth provides a platform for the distribution of mutual funds and related financial products. We facilitate the execution of mutual fund transactions by transmitting your instructions to the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs). We do not act as an investment advisor or portfolio manager. All investments are routed directly to the AMCs in the client's name.

3. Disclaimers and Risk Warnings

The information provided on the Site does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Site's content as such. You alone assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of any information or other Content on the Site before making any decisions based on such information or other Content.

4. User Registration and KYC

In order to invest through our platform, you may be required to register with the Site and complete the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process as per SEBI regulations. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration and KYC data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your password confidential and be responsible for all use of your account and password.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

5. Fees and Commissions

Fundwealth does not charge any direct advisory fees to the investors for its mutual fund distribution services. We act as a distributor and earn commissions from the respective AMCs out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the regular plans of the mutual fund schemes distributed by us. The commission details (also known as brokerage) are available upon request and are disclosed in accordance with SEBI circulars.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Fundwealth and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Haryana/Delhi NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. For grievance redressal related to your investments, you may approach our Grievance Officer or utilize the SEBI SCORES / SMART ODR platforms.
